Basics

The Basics program consist of 64 weeks of Judo and Jiu Jitsu basics to ensure that newer students begin their Judo and Jiu Jitsu careers with a strong foundation. The curriculum is centered around introducing students to every known basic position in both Judo and Jiu Jitsu, as well as core concepts in understanding how to apply these positions in live train.

PROGRAM GOALS:

  • BUILD COORDINATION AND LEARN JIU JITSU MOVEMENTS

  • INSPIRE STUDENTS TO LIVE THE JIU JITSU LIFESTYLE
