Kids Simple Basics

We offer private lessons for children ages 3-5 years of age. This allows us to do one on one or small groups with your kid(s) so that we can best teach the very basics of self-defense with minimum distractions. Each private lesson is 20 minutes in length and can be scheduled 6 days a week.

CURRICULUM INCLUDES:

  • BEGINNER JIU JITSU TECHNIQUES

  • COORDINATION DRILLS & MOVEMENTS

  • EXPLANATION OF CORE VALUES
